Ingredients Danger Moon pork portions, cheese, Sriracha sauce, kale, salt. Instructions Snip pork portion end, squeeze out meat and form into patty. Each burger will be about 1/4 pound. In preheated cast-iron pan (medium high), place patty on hot surface and dust lightly with salt. Cook a few minutes and then flip burger. Finish cooking until 160 degrees F. Place kale and a hunk of cheese atop a ruiseleipä round, top with Bulgogi burger. Add desired amount of sriracha. Pikkles, onions, garlic: optional.
