Ingredients
Danger Moon Mangalitsa pork
Salt water brine (water, salt, garlic powder, onion powder)
1 qt Water
4 T Salt
1-4 T Garlic Powder
1-4 T Onion Powder
1-4 T Cayenne
Instructions
In a container large enough to hold the pork, dissolve salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Submerge the meat, cover, and brine for ½ - 1 hour. If there is not enough liquid to cover the meat, add a solution of 1 cup water and 1 Tablespoon salt.
